'THREE BLACK SQUARES' SPRING/ SUMMER 2010

In addition to 'Beyond the Chintz', Eley Kishimoto presented 'Three Black Squares' (TBS) for Spring/ Summer 2010. TBS is an experimental project initiated by our desire to be creative without commercial restraints, to make full use of our in-house print and design studios, and is a tribute to our craft and print roots. These unique pieces capture the upmost spirit of Eley Kishimoto.

Whimsical silk dress with 'Bloomsbury' print on the front and 'Zig Zag' print on the sleeves, back, and binding. The dynamic juxtaposition of a soft floral and sharp angles makes for a statement dress. The dress has a pleated neckline, ends at the knee, falls straight, and is unlined.

All printed fabrics have been hand crafted in our London studio. Any irregularities in the print or fabric are characteristic of the manufacturing process and are an integral part of the design.
